Everyone knows we feel better when we stop holding onto what happened in the past; life flows more easily
By Bernstein
Sometimes the experiences of our past deter us from enjoying the beauty of the present. We are so traumatized that we fit all people we meet further on in our lives in a single canvas of misconception. With the passing of time, this burn becomes more and more intense until we realize that we must free our souls and minds from our bitter past.
The rage and trauma, the fear of being judged or being misused reside so much in our thought process that we fail to see the good things surrounding us. It’s time to shatter all the dust loaded on our souls and relieve our minds from the clutches of our own vicious thoughts.
Brutalized by the bruises of past
Traumatized by the suffering of our experiences
We loose the chord of trust
And restrict our self to the field of convictions, opinions and consequences
Perceiving every human in the same yardstick of judgement
Believing every step towards us is an encounter to assassination of our individuality
But what we forget to realize – just as all the five fingers of our hand differ in dimensions
So the people existing on this world differ in their principle, demeanor and gesture
Let not the time lapse of yesterday chapter destroy the new beginning of contemporary book
In word it was phenomenal…mja aa gya..😅😅🙏🙏👌
thanks
